Adam’s priorities in life are faith, family, fitness, recreation and serving others.
His dad, Jim Davidson, is a disabled Vietnam vet.
Adam’s purpose-driven mission is to hire and house veterans.
After six years of researching reclaimed, recycled, or biodegradable materials for multiple construction applications, he adds the solution to the affordable housing crisis: efficient and easily transportable re-purposed train container homes.
Adam is an educator and golf coach, an analytical chemist, a process engineer, a technical salesperson, and business owner. He also has experience in upper level management, real estate and land acquisition.
He has two lovely daughters.
Adam is active in the community as an educator for the Career and Technology Department at Frisco ISD and he is the assistant golf coach for Frisco Liberty High School. His role as assistant golf coach has provided him opportunity to train and mentor many young men and women on topics such as self-discipline, perseverance, integrity, physical fitness, self-acceptance and stress management.

In 1967, at the age of 18, Jim joined the US Army, and in 1969 went to Vietnam for a 13-month tour during which he flew Huey gunships. He returned to Vietnam in 1972 for his second tour during which he flew Cobra gunships and Hueys.
While preparing for his first combat missions in Vietnam, Jim was involved in a helicopter crash which resulted in severe back and shoulder injuries. He now has two artificial shoulders.
Jim was active in the US Army for 11 years, and continued in the Army Reserves for another 16 years. He retired from the US Army in 1993 as a Chief Warrant Officer 4.
He received the Bronze Star, the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry with Silver Star, 35 air medals and numerous other awards and decorations for combat.
Jim was a US Customs Agent and pilot for 16 years.
He also flew in the corporate world for 10 years, including being the Director of Operations for a large aviation company.
Beginning in 2010 he flew combat missions as a contract pilot in Afghanistan for three years.
From 2013 to 2016 he flew for the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration as a Captain on a Boeing 737.
Mr. Davidson has flown more than 21,000 hours and more than 1,700 combat missions.
He also has a passion for fitness and health. In 2003, at the age of 55, he won the Master’s Division of the Mr. USA Bodybuilding Championship.
He has always wanted to do whatever it takes to help his fellow brothers and sisters who serve our country. He sees great opportunity to better the lives of veterans as Rebuilding Our Heroes works to hire and house veterans while integrating reclaimed, recycled, or biodegradable materials in as many construction applications as possible.
Jim is still enjoying one of his greatest passions–flying. He is currently a Captain in the aviation industry.
Devin is a retired NFL linebacker.
He has been in education and coaching for the last 12 years.
Devin’s background in football and education brings experienced leadership and communication skills to the table that help motivate others to reach their full potential. He understands the kind of drive and determination it takes to reach the top and to build a successful team.
He is married to his high school sweetheart, Nicole, and they have three amazing sons.
Esther is passionate about helping to better people’s lives people emotionally, spiritually and physically.
She spent seven years in South America doing humanitarian and relief work , including with the Red Cross during local disasters, such as bombings, floods, and plane crashes.
She was a coordinator of human rights in Mexico, working with the local government protecting human rights, with special emphasis on disadvantaged women and children
Esther has a passion for health and is a certified health coach.
She and Michael have seven wonderful children.
Michael has been in humanitarian work involving building projects in Japan, England, Hungary, Canada, the US, Guatemala, and Mexico.
He served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT for four years
He brings experience in managing large commercial construction projects in the US.
He provides innovative ideas and team-building systems and processes for the production of the container homes for veterans.
His passion is to train and hire veterans to build homes for veterans, thus fulfilling the goal of “by vets, for vets”.
Michael and his wife Esther have seven beautiful children.
